Super base for 1 night. The pleasant staff and their attitude. Stunning spot really close to Grand bazaar, Hagia Sophia, main attraction points and Hagia Sophia. Also, near to centre.
Very small bathroom.

We loved the outstanding location of the hotel, which made it convenient to explore the city. the staff, especially the woman at the front desk, was exceptional. She spoke Russian and provided excellent customer service. she even upgraded us to a larger room for the same price, which was a great gesture.
We felt super comfortable during our stay at the hotel, and there was no reason to complain.

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient and the staff treated us well.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of options.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with heating to keep me warm in the winter. Any request I had was handled promptly and professionally. I particularly want to mention Madina, the cleaning staff, who did an exceptional job. The hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Istanbul. Cons: Unfortunately, I couldn't stay longer due to other commitments. 😔.

The internet was mind-blowing, and the last day we saw the young man in the reception smiling! The price was super cheap, but you'll understand why if you read on. They offered free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, paid airport shuttle, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a no-smoking policy.
